We have References With over fourteen years experience in the food service and catering industry, we have a list of past events, testimonials as well as references from people who have hosted an event similar to yours. They are available upon request. 4. We have a Professional and Experienced Staff. Most of our staff has over a decade of experience in the foodservice industry. As part of our standard service, we include bartending and valet parking. 5. Alcoholic Beverage Consulting. From recommending a bottle of chardonnay to advising how many servings of Scotch should be available, please feel free to utilize our wealth of knowledge and experience. 6 Catering Equipment is available at wholesale rates for those who use our food and services. 7. We provide Delivery services. If you are located within 20 miles round trip of Crystal Lake we will deliver for just $25. If your food requires our service staff, delivery is free of charge. 8. We can and will provide Invitation & RSVP services for you. All you have to do is have your guests respond to us via our phone, fax or e-mail and we will tell you how many guests will attend and how much food should be prepared. 9. We offer foodservice consulting to small businesses. If you are operating a business and would like advice in menu planning, pricing, staff training, marketing and over-all management, our consulting services are affordable and available to you.
