5 Easy Steps

Step 1. Let’s talk 10 –15 minutes. We’ll compare your needs with our services.
If you have not already completed our Preliminary Event
Planner, we will do it now. If things sound good, we’ll make arrangement to meet again. We can hold the date at this stage, if
necessary.
Step 2. In and hour or two at the event location, if possible, we will discuss
the details of your event and complete our Special Event Planner.
Step 3. We will generate a proposal that is mutually acceptable.
Step 4. We will check in with each other 7 – 10 days before the event to tie
up any loose ends or make any minor adjustments you may require.
Step 5. See you at your celebration!
