We are a
full service catering company offering outstanding quality food items right to your back yard. Centrally located in the heart of beautiful Benzie County, Michigan, we provide off-premise catering services to Manistee, Leelanau, Grand Traverse as well as Benzie Counties.
With over fourteen years experience in the
food service industry, we have become well connected in the region. We have established relationships with many in the industry. By contracting out services that we do not provide in house, our special event coordinators can provide our clients with a complete catering package. We encourage you to research and determine what all of your needs, desires and budgets are so when you meet with our
special event planners, we can help you to coordinate all of the moving parts, maximizing your dollar and getting the best bang for your buck!
Our experiences have taught us to be creative and flexible. As you navigate throughout our site, you will come across menus and services we provide in house and subcontract out. We will provide a number of options so that you can tailor-design your menu and services to meet your budget.
Our hors d'oeuvre, soup,
salad, entrée, dessert,
breakfast and lunch menus are items we have had success with in the past. They are provided merely as suggestions. We hope they will inspire you to create your very own special menu. Whatever you choose, from our tried and true recipes to your own family's secret recipe, we have the resources to provide the freshest and highest quality conventional or organic ingredients at reasonable prices. We provide a full range of services from catering equipment rental and supplies to
special event coordinating. From a simple delivery to a full service catered event, our chefs can prepare delicious food for two to five hundred. Our valet parking and bartending services are reasonably priced and are available to you with or without a complete catering package. For those who are planning to entertain at the "spur of the moment" we provide a
short notice menu solution, helping you out in a pinch. Occasionally, we provide invitation and r.s.v.p.
services for clients who prefer not to track how many guests will arrive
and how much food should be prepared.
