Hence, we have evolved in a full service catering company providing a broad range of professional wedding related services from wedding planning and coordinating to valet parking.  You may have us provide just one simple service or a number or services. Which ever you choose, we are confident that you will find us to be reasonably priced and very happy in the end. Here are a few of the wedding related services we provide:
Wedding Planning and Coordinating Services: We are well connected and have long-established relationships with many special event vendors in the wedding reception business. If you are planning your wedding day from afar, simplify and enjoy it by contracting one of our in-house professional wedding planners to work closely with you to help you plan and coordinate your wedding reception.
Outdoor wedding receptionsare our specialty. Along a northern Michigan lakeshore your wedding reception can be organized by our experienced staff, prepared by our skilled chefs, served by our professional wait staff and finally, cared for by our own on-site wedding planner and coordinator to make your wedding reception one to remember for years to come. Professional Bartending/Cocktail and Hors d’oeuvres Service: We provide a professional staff of formal or casually dressed bartenders and servers. We set up a Standard Bar providing those non-alcoholic sodas, tonics, juices, basic condiments and ice which will best complement your choice of liquor, beer and wine. To make the event a little more interesting we can set-up specialty bars such as, a Tropical Beverage, Martini, Bloody Mary, etc. If you would like, we would be happy to consult with you regarding a the amount of alcoholic spirits you may choose to purchase for your wedding reception. Catering Equipment Rental: We are a well-equipped catering company and are willing to share it with you at wholesale cost if we provide your food and service. If someone else provides food and service we’ll provide it to you at retail cost. We deliver. Manned Chef Stations: Equipped with talent and skill, our professional staff can stir-fry Asian noodles, perfectly grill filet mignon, shuck oysters from the Potomac, prepare tasty mango baby back BBQ ribs, to mix Margaritas on the beach. You’re sure to satisfy your appetite and create just the right touch for your event. Plated Food Service: This is a very reasonable request and generally we are able to fulfill it, if the guest count is not too large. It requires a high server to guest ratio and a little more help with the on-site culinary staff, but enables you to tap upon our artistry and present an elegant dish to your guests.
Buffet Food Service This service works well for bigger groups. Typically it generates a leftovers but can be a very economical way to go.
